Pantech announced the launch of the fastest smartphones in the world

South Korean company, Pantech introduced a smartphone based on dual-core processor with a clock speed of 1.5 GHz, according to tehnoblog Engadget.

The device is called Vega Racer. It runs on Android 2.3, built on a single-chip platform, Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM 8660, which is available from HTC EVO 3D and HTC Sensation 4G, and is equipped with 1 GB of RAM and GPU Adreno 220.

Vega Racer also features a touch screen 4.3-inch diagonal 800 x 480 pixels, adapters, Bluetooth wireless and Wi-Fi, two cameras: resolution rear - 8 MP, front - 1,3 Mp. The thickness of the device is only 9 mm, and weight - 120 grams. For the energy supply device meets the battery capacity of 1650 mAh.

As reported by Engadget, Vega Racer will appear in retail outlets of South Korean operator SK-Telecom closer to the end of May. Prospects for the new items outside of South Korea is not yet known. In addition to the smartphone Androiod company also plans to release a tablet.
